Christmas Delivery Cut-Off Dates

UPDATE 15th December: Unfortunately it is now too late to order products to be delivered (or picked-up) for Christmas. However we are still packing and dispatching orders until Thurs 21st December and we will aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible.

PLEASE NOTE:

The warehouse is busy and all Australian courier networks are experiencing congestion, so it may take a little longer than usual to receive your order.
Any orders not dispatched prior to the warehouse closing for Christmas will be dispatched as soon as the warehouse re-opens in the 1st week of January
Our warehouses will be closed from Thurs 21st December until Tues 2nd January. Our website is open for orders 24/7 and our customer service team will be available to assist you except for public holidays. However as we have a small team on-hand it may take a little longer than usual to respond to.

Christmas Delivery

Due to the increased volume in customer orders & potential courier delays in the lead-up to Christmas, The Best Backyard recommends checking the tables below for our Christmas cut-off dates in order for items to be delivered in time for Christmas.

ORDERS PLACED AFTER CUT-OFF DATE

Orders placed after the cut-off dates will still be dispatched as soon as we can (usually 2-4 working days) and we will do everything we can to get them to you quickly however we cannot guarantee delivery by Christmas.

PICK-UP ORDERS

A small selection of the products we sell can be collected from the Sydney warehouse. If pick-up is available the option will show during checkout.

For pickup orders we need 2-3 days to process the order and then will liaise with you to organise a collection time-slot that works for you (24hrs notice required). Pick-up is available Mon-Fri during business hours.

The last day for PICK-UP orders to be placed is FRIDAY 15th DECEMBER

All items must be collected by Thursday 21st December (24hrs notice required to organise pickup slot)

Please Note: These dates are a guide only and we cannot guarantee delivery of our products before Christmas due to circumstances beyond our control. But we can promise we will do our best to get your orders picked, packed and dispatched ASAP.

In the unfortunate instance that your order does not arrive by Christmas and the order is placed on or before the dates outlined below, The Best Backyard will provide you with a 10% (Excludes any factors outside The Best Backyard’s control E.G. deliveries delayed by extreme weather and/or industrial action.)

We will continue processing and dispatching orders on time after the cut off dates and many of these orders may still arrive before Christmas depending on the location.
