We’re an Australian-based retailer (ABN 53 672 977 650) dedicated to helping families, organisations, and communities create lasting memories outdoors. We supply high-quality outdoor furniture, gazebos, and kids outdoor play equipment for homes, schools, early-learning centres, NDIS participants, and commercial venues - helping people of all ages enjoy the outdoors together.

Our head-office is based in Sydney and we dispatch most orders from warehouses in Sydney & Melbourne. Some products are also stocked in Brisbane & Perth.

Orders, Tax Invoices & NDIS
Yes. When you place an order we will send you a formal tax invoice. If you require a specific format (for example for business accounting), please let us know. We are registered for GST
Yes. We can provide a quote or tax invoice that includes NDIS participant information to support submission to the NDIS plan manager or if you self-manage your NDIS plan. Please contact us with the details of the product/s you wish you include in the invoice, as well as the full delivery address and NDIS participant information. Yes - we proudly supply to a wide range of customers across Australia, including businesses, schools, early-learning centres, councils, holiday parks, and other commercial venues, as well as families shopping for their own backyards. Whether you’re creating a play space, setting up an outdoor seating area, or furnishing a public venue, our team can help with product recommendations, tailored quotes, bulk pricing, and installation support.
Some of our products are specifically designed for commercial use and come with a commercial warranty, other products are designed for domestic use and come with a residential warranty. Please contact the team to check before ordering to make sure the product is suitable for your needs.
Absolutely. You can request a quote by completing the enquiry form on any product page, or by contacting our team directly with the details of what you’re looking for. We’ll prepare a clear, itemised quote including delivery costs. Quotes are obligation-free and valid for a set period, so you have time to review before proceeding.
Yes we do provide discounts for larger orders and trade or organisational purchases. If you’re ordering multiple products or outfitting a whole outdoor space, we’re happy to look at volume-based pricing and shipping efficiencies to give you the best value possible. Yes all the products we supply meet the relevant Australian safety standards. As a retailer we only sell products from trusted Australian brands.
Yes all of our products come with the full manufacturers warranty. The specific warranty period varies by product line (see product pages for further details about warranty periods).

All products come with a full manufacturer’s warranty and support from both the brand and our own team. We work closely with our suppliers to ensure you receive products that are built to last and backed by people who genuinely care about their customers.

Most orders are dispatched in 1-3 business days but we say to allow up to 5 business days for dispatch in case of any unforeseen delays or during especially busy periods
We deliver Australia-wide using a network of the leading couriers (for larger items) and Australia Post (for some smaller items). Our goal is to get your order dispatched and delivered to your door as quickly as possible. Delivery times vary depending on your location. Our products that require assembly are supplied as flat-packed kits with clear, step-by-step instructions and are designed to be straightforward to put together.
While we don’t handle installation directly, we’ve partnered with Airtasker to help you find assembly / installation professionals in your local area - and we'll send you an exclusive $30 discount code to use on AirTasker after you place your order. Some of our other customers have also hired a local handyman or found someone with experience doing similar tasks in local facebook groups.

Most of our orders are dispatched from Sydney or Melbourne, however we do have a small number of products in Brisbane and Perth. We dispatch orders from a combination of our own warehouses and our supplier warehouses to speed up delivery time and reduce delivery costs for our customers
Selected outdoor kids play products can be collected from Sydney, Brisbane, Perth and Melbourne. If a product is available for pick-up it will be marked as available for pick-up on the product page.
Returns and exchanges

Please inspect your delivery immediately (within 24 hours of delivery for freight items) and contact us with photos/videos of damage or missing parts. We’ll assess and guide you through replacement, refund or exchange as appropriate.
If the outer packaging is obviously damaged please inspect before accepting the delivery from the courier and if it looks like the item has been damaged inside or items maybe missing please reject the delivery and ask the driver to return to sender
If your item arrives broken or faulty, you must report it within 14 days of delivery, with photos of the damage or issue and outer packaging. We’ll organise a replacement part or product at no cost to you, including collection of the faulty item.
If a fault arises during the manufacturer’s warranty period (which varies by product), we handle the claim on your behalf or give you the supplier’s details to do it. We’ll cover any part replacement, repair costs, delivery and collection of the faulty item where applicable.
f you change your mind, you may be eligible for a return within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging and in the same condition that you received it. Please contact us first for authorisation - returns without approval may not be accepted.
Note: Some large or bulky items are excluded from change-of-mind returns due to the cost and logistics of storage and transport.
If approved, you’ll be responsible for return shipping and a restocking fee of 15 – 20% may apply.
You may request a cancellation as soon as possible, but because many orders are processed and dispatched quickly, we cannot guarantee cancellation once the order is in the warehouse or courier has been booked. If a cancellation is possible while in processing an administration fee will apply.
Wood - Types, Splits & Information

We sell hundreds of different wooden products from cubby houses to sun loungers from a range of different brands. The type of wood used by each brand and each product can vary however you can find out more about the most common types of wood at https://www.thebestbackyard.com.au/pages/wood-faqs
It is normal for some splitting to occur. Wood is a natural material, so when it’s exposed to changing weather (whether it’s from hot to cold or wet to dry), it can crack or split a little. This is called checking. It might look concerning, but it usually doesn’t affect the strength or safety of your furniture or playset. Just keep an eye on it, and if it seems to be getting worse or there are substantial cracks please get in touch so we can take a closer look.
The round pole swing sets & play centres we sell are made from whole tree trunks which are stripped of bark, trimmed to size and pressure treated to ensure their longevity.
The green substance on the wooden pole, which can be mistaken for mould, is actually a chemical reaction between the wood sap and the chemical used in the pressure treatment.
It is completely harmless and we like to think it adds to the natural charm.
Take good care of your swing set and it could last a very long time!
Round pole swings require little maintenance due to their natural properties. Use a soft brush to remove dirt from the set, and wipe metal parts and swing seats and slides with a damp cloth and light detergent.
The wood on the swing set was pressure treated with a chemical on production to inhibit rot and infestation.
At the end of each season, treat the swing set with a water based stain for use on children’s play equipment to ensure longevity.
If your swing set is still under its warranty, please contact our customer service team or fill out our warranty claim form, to obtain the replacement parts.
