Our Locations & Order Collection / Pick-ups
Our head office is located in Neutral Bay, Sydney, however orders are dispatched from a number of different warehouses throughout Australia.

Our main warehouse is located in Sydney, however we also dispatch some orders (including bulky items) directly from our suppliers warehouses in Melbourne & Brisbane to speed up delivery times and reduce delivery costs for you.

Order Collection / Pick-up
At this stage we do not have a retail showroom (we are excited to announce that we are planning to open one very soon!) however some outdoor play equipment products can be collected from a 3rd party logistics warehouse in Eastern Creek, Sydney.
If an item is available for pick-up it will be highlighted on the product page above the add to cart button. Unfortunately if this text isn't displayed it means that pick-up isn't available for that product at this time. At checkout simply select the pick-up option and complete your order online.
It usually takes 3-5 business days for us to carefully pick and pack your order ready for collection.
Our team will email you once your order is ready for pickup to organise a time and day that works for you to collect your item. Pick-up times must be pre-booked at least 24hours in advance.
The warehouse is open for pickups from 9am to 3pm Monday to Friday (except public holidays).
Important Pick-up Information
- Bring photo ID when you come to collect your order as well as your order confirmation number.
- Please read the pick-up instructions we send you when you order is ready to collect as this email contains important instructions
- Make sure the item will fit in to your vehicle and that you are strong enough to lift the item in to your car. Some items are very bulky, heavy and come in multiple boxes.
