Your local customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package, which may delay the estimated delivery time.
Your order may be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to advise on how and where your delivery can be collected.
HOW DO I KNOW IF MY PACKAGE HAS SHIPPED AND IS ON ITS WAY?
Once you place an order, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. Once your order has been processed and is ready to leave our distribution center, you will receive another email with shipping information, usually within 2 business days of ordering. Please note that the shipping confirmation email does not necessarily mean that the carrier has picked up your package from our distribution center. Please use the appropriate carriers tracking features to determine when your package has been picked up and is in transit.
Please allow 24-48 hours from the time you place your order for it's status to update.
MY TRACKING INFO SHOWS MY PACKAGE WAS DELIVERED, BUT I NEVER RECEIVED IT
We know how important your order is and we provide tracking information for your purchase. If the tracking information states that your items have been delivered but you have not received it, please check around your neighbourhood in case another home received it by mistake.
We will always do our best to assist you with any shipping issues but we do not hold responsibility for packages that are lost or stolen in transit. Please contact us and the shipping carrier to discuss the issue and file a claim with them.

When Will My Order Be Processed?
Orders will be processed and shipped within 24 hours of ordering. All orders are handled and shipped out from our warehouses in Australia.
A shipping confirmation is emailed to you as soon as your purchase has been dispatched, which will allow you to track the status of your shipment.
How Long Does Shipping Take?
It usually takes 2-10 business days to arrive however, in some instances, delivery may be delayed depending on your courier delays.
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately.
If you enter the incorrect name or shipping details and the item is returned to us via Australia Post, you will be subject to a RTS (return to sender) fee if we are unable to change the details before dispatch, and well as a reshipping fee (dependent on the items weight). We are not responsible for these changes if there is a mistake entered by the buyer
