We use Australia Post and selected road freight carrier services for deliveries including TNT, Allied and Toll.
Order Confirmation
As soon as you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email, so you know that the order has been placed, payment is being processed and your item will be on it's way to you soon!
Order Tracking
Within 3-5 business days you will receive a shipping email with a tracking number so you'll know exactly when to expect your delivery. If you don't receive it please check your junk box, or let us know

Unsuccessful Delivery Attempt
For small items please check your mailbox to see if Australia Post has left a postcard attempting delivery. In this case your item is usually held at your local post office for collection.
If an item is undeliverable due to incorrect address, lack of recipient or other factors beyond the courier's control it will be returned to our warehouse and we will contact you. Another delivery fee will be needed to re-deliver this item to you. Delivery fees cannot be refunded.

Returns
As a general rule we do not accept change of mind returns due to the bulkiness of our goods and expense we incur in offering economical delivery along with the challenges in storing these products. However, returns may be made within 14 days for a refund.

Return Shipping & Restocking Costs

Our suppliers will provide shipping 'return post' labels. Please do not return products without contacting us and arranging the correct shipping.
For 'change of mind' returns you will be responsible for shipping costs for returning items, irrespective of any free shipping offers that applied at the time of your original purchase.
If you use the supplied 'return post' shipping label, a refund will be processed minus the return shipping fee, the original shipping fee and a restocking fee of 15%.

Cancellations
You may cancel an order before it is dispatched to you. After it is dispatched, however, we are unable to stop the delivery. You will need to accept delivery and decide whether to return the item. If you return the item a refund will be processed minus shipping fees and a restocking fee of 15%.
