Safety Precautions:

- This structure requires anchoring to the ground (e.g. concrete footings), concrete anchoring screws and plates are provided
- For installation on a timber deck, you must ensure there is ample structural support under the deck. Screws are not provided to attach to deck

- 3 Year replacement warranty on all parts for manufacturer's defect

DELIVERY COSTS
We do our best to keep delivery costs affordable & to get your order delivered to you door as quickly and efficiently as possible. Order costs are calculated at checkout & clearly displayed before entering any payment details.
CURRENT DISPATCH TIME: Most orders are dispatched in 1-3 business days
Currently most orders are dispatched in 1-3 working days, however it can occasionally take up to 7 business days to dispatch your order (e.g. during busy periods).
NORMAL DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery times vary depending on your location, the location of the dispatch warehouse and the products. However as a guide expected delivery times for most items once they have been dispatched are
- Metro Areas: 5-10 Business Days
- Regional Areas: Usually 7 - 14 business days. This can be extended to 12 - 19 business days during busy periods or bad weather
- Remote Areas: May vary depending on how remote / how often couriers service these locations

Under certain circumstances we may accept change of mind returns, and these will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
